Laws restricting foreign ownership have slowly been eroded in the past 40 years to the determent of our environment, our sovereignty and our long-term economic health (because of growing government and personal debt and deficits, the types of jobs being created, many of them low-paying service jobs, at the cost of losing hundreds of thousands of manufacturing jobs, and the vulnerability of a “globalized economy”).

The problem we have as Greens is influencing the global economic dialogue away from the dominant corporate-oriented “neo-liberal” economic ideas that have become the mainstream dominant ideas, and towards alternatives that are sustainable and just.

I am a retired teacher in law warning both Canadians and Americans who would like to defend their independence as sovereign peoples, about the so-called “Security Perimeter”. It appears that both the Stephen Harper government in Canada, an the Barack Obama ‘regime’ in the United States, are purusing an agenda to decieve people on both sides of the “current border”.

Legally, there is no such thing as the kind of “common security border arrangements” which these leaders describe, that would affirm the independence of Canadians and Americans from each other, in international law.

It is apparent that Stephen Harper and Barack Obama are talking in deceptive legal fictions designed “fool the masses” who are not schooled in law.

Just as colonial elites of Europe sought to fool the First Nations of Canada, and the United States with “treaties” with no legal integrity, the descendants of those elites have sought to hatch a similar scam.

It is apparent to borrow words of the First Nations, that these leaders and their operatives “are speaking with forked tongues”.

When Stephen Harper and Barack Obama refer to “common security border arrangements” they actually mean ‘NO BORDER’.

There would no longer be an international boundary between the United States and Canada, if the United States government through Homeland Security effectively controlled the Canadian border, along with national security arrangements and the oversight of the implementation of domestic laws including those on privacy.

The Harper government is selling-out the complete package of the remainder on Canadian sovereignty, while having the audacity to claim the Agreement they pursue with the American president, “has nothing to do with sovereignty”.

The Harper government’s claim according as defined by the Canadian Criminal Code, is nothing short of ‘treason’.

Wikipedia notes than in Oran’s Dictionary of the Law (1983) defines treason as “…[a]…citizen’s actions to help a foreign government overthrow, make war against, or seriously injure the [parent nation].”

For Americans, the so-called North American Union would amount to the replacement of the American Constitution with a continent-wide neo-fascist state presided by the elites who act as the puppeteers of the Obama regime.

It is apparent that both Stephen Harper and Barack Obama are students of the technique which Leo Strauss called the “Big Lie”. Leo Strauss was ironically a Jew, who was inspired by the “Big Lie”. Accordingly, tell a lie that is so big, that no one would believe you could ever be lying.

Stephen Harper’s claim that the legal fiction of the so-called “North American Security Perimeter” has “nothing to do with sovereignty is laughable. The Stephen Harper government according to Dr. John Lash’s insights on metahistory.org could be considered a government of ‘archons’ which in turn is being propped-up by opposition parties infiltrated by archons, and a mass-media under the apparent spell of archons.

Canada needs a strong Conservative majority to protect trade relations with the U.S., Stephen Harper said Thursday, adding that a border security agreement with the country’s southern neighbour is otherwise at risk.

The Conservative leader said that without a Conserative government: “The border vision would be dead.”

Well if that is the case… what’s wrong with that?

Do you want Canada to become a colony of the United States, and to be governed by American laws?

The so-called “border deal” is to effectively erase te border between the U.S. and Canada to enable the U.S. take-over of Canada.

It is apparent that the Harper government along with their Liberal party backers have deceived Canadians on the implications of the so-called security perimeter arrangement.

The border agreement signed by Harper and U.S. President Barack Obama earlier this year is officially about  fostering trade and economic growth between the two countries.  But the border Agreement is effectively about putting Canada under the control of the U.S. political-military-industrial complex that includes the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

UFOINFO.com — Unspecified date in 1981 on late evening in the town of Caleta Olivia, Santa Cruz province, Argentina, the main witness, Luis, accompanied by two unidentified friends watched a dark mass emerge from the sea and approach the beach area.

The craft was dark and circular and landed in front of the witnesses, a ramp became visible and the men were invited inside by a voice. Once inside they found themselves in a brightly lit circular room, they could not see the source of the lighting. Several tall humanoids, about 2 metres in height, blond haired, light eyes and wearing tight-fitting white coveralls greeted the men. There were both men and women among the aliens.

Some of the humanoids were seated in front of consoles and watching large screens on the walls.

On some of the screens the men could see stars and suddenly on one of the screens they could see how the object moved away from the planet Earth. The craft circled the moon and they were able to see its dark side. The craft circled the moon and they were able to see its dark side. The humanoids communicated via telepathy and told the main witness that they were now headed towards the sun. The witnesses claim that once up close to the sun it appears black in colour. While they were returning to Earth, Luis was able to walk around freely and at one point approached one of the consoles and as his hand reached out to the controls the images on the screen appear to gyrate about 90 degrees, it appears that he had caused the object to turn without actually touching the console. He was then immediately told to sit back down. They returned to Earth and entered the sea in the area of the Caribbean.

The witness then claims to have seen incredible endless tunnels and within the tunnels huge dome covered cities completely illuminated. Before being returned to the beach at Caleta Olivia, the witnesses claim they were implanted in their brains with what appeared to be some type of tracking device, which is used to communicate with the aliens. The implant is supposedly located behind the right ear. The investigators reported seeing a small scar at the location.

UFOINFO.com — At an unspecified date in 1980 around 2200, in the suburb of Villa Andalusia, San Juan, PuertoRico, Nancy Alvarado was on her way home and while stopped at a corner heard a message in her head ‘telling her not to be afraid’.

Waiting in her car she saw two figures approaching. One figure was dressed in white and the other in dark green. Both outfits were one piece and very tightfitting. Both were human-like and the witness felt a great sense of tranquility suddenly come over her. The figure in white approached the vehicle and looked at Nancy who noticed that it had black hair and small shiny eyes; no other facial features were noted. Then the figure in dark green approached the car window, he also had black hair. Both seemed to glide just above the ground. Both figures then crossed the street and disappeared towards a nearby wooded field.

Nancy then seemed to snap out of a trance and quickly drove home. She found her father who then drove back with her to the area and searched for the men, however nothing was found.

UFOINFO.com — On July 15 2010 a former police officer only identified as “Nick R” reported that while driving along the A10 going home one evening after work a light which was not the moon, orange and oval in shape.

He then drove into his parking space in Puckeridge (near Hertford England) and went into his flat (apartment) after about 10 minutes he went outside for a cigarette. His apartment was on Cambridge Court
which backed on to fields. He saw in the twilight what he thought were kids messing about. He then saw the orange oval shaped light over the field and quickly realized that the short figures were not “children”.

Suddenly the three child-like figures and the light disappeared without a trace.

The witness lived near Stansted Airport.

Niasplaypen.com News Wire  — Witnesses in three states reported alien abduction activity and the fear of future repeat visits, according to holiday weekend testimony from Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

An April 23, 2011, report from North Dakota describes repeated visits of “reptilian-like creatures” in MUFON Case # 28791. Two male household members have watched the creatures on weekly visits for about a year.

“The creatures are short, whiter than white, long tail, looked like it had a cat-faced mouth,” the witness stated. “The creature had real pointed legs, walking on the two back legs. When you try to hit or touch the creatures, you are stunned and cannot move, until the creature has moved past. No noise!”

Sometimes it appears that more than one creature is in the home at one time.

“They come to the house on Wednesday afternoons and stay until Thursday night. Sometimes we can hear boxes drug across the floor but when I get up and check, there is nothing. This week I found weeds and grass from the outside bushes by the back door, on the patio deck. There was NO reason for that to be there!”

An April 24, 2011, report from Iowa describes a lifetime of abduction activity in MUFON Case # 28801. The witness is not sure what all of this is leading to.

“I started to have physical evidence such as burns, needle holes, bloody noses, bruises etc.,” the witness stated. “I would become paralyzed and couldn’t scream or move or do nothing. I woke one time to them around my bed, but for some reason I laid back down and went to sleep. I finally told my wife at the time about what was going on…..and she knew. She had been having nightmares of them coming in and taking me.”

The witness has a feeling that the abduction is going to happen prior to the event.

“I can tell when this is going to happen…..almost a sixth sense to it. I don’t want to sleep, I hear a humming outside my house, etc. etc. My girlfriend now has it happen to her, but will not talk about it. she has seen them take me….and have taken her.”

A former Catholic missionary from California responded to the Iowa report on April 24, 2011, with some advice in MUFON Case # 28805.

Niasplaypen.com News Wire  — Three Illinois children report being surrounded by “a perfect rectangle of green flashing lights” with no apparent source while experiencing a feeling of being targeted and a “strange warmth,” according to April 26, 2011, testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

While walking to one of their homes, the three pre-teens report stopping when they realized they were surrounded by green flashing lights in a triangle formation. The lights also “seemed to pulse.”

“They were moving around us, and I remember feeling like they were targeting us, almost as if they were tracking our location and movements so we could be captured without injury,” the reporting witness stated. “There were at least three of us standing on that corner, and at the same time (after about two minutes beneath the lights), we all screamed and started running like we had never run the last block to the safe refuge of our friend’s house.”

The three talked about the experience when they arrived at their destination.

“When we got there, we all compared how we experienced it and found that all of us felt the same things – like they were targeting us, and we all noticed that when the lights passed over our flip-flop exposed toes, we felt a strange warmth coming from them that was uncharacteristic of a still summer evening. Not to mention that this heat was focused solely on the patch that it covered, and the heat vanished the second it moved.”

All three witnesses looked up to see what the light source was and could not see anything.

“This meant that there was no possible way they had been from a plane or jet, because we obviously would have seen and heard it.”

When the witnesses ran, the light moved away. The incident occurred on July 13, 2010. No town name was mentioned in the public portion of the MUFON report. No images or videos were included with the report.

Illinois is a current UFO ALERT 5 rating, with a low number of UFO sightings nationally. Illinois had 8 UFO reports in March 2011 – while California had 45 sightings, the highest reporting state in the nation.

Niasplaypen.com News Wire  — Two Florida witnesses report a “Frisbee-like” UFO the size of a football field came into view and hovered for 20 to 30 seconds before moving away at 2:27 p.m. on April 27, 2011, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

The reporting witness described the object.

“It had some black window looking things. It appeared to be rotating like a fan. It went left real fast. Then weirdly it dead stopped for 20-30 seconds. It was silver. It was at least size of football field.”

The witness reports being calm at first, but then after thinking about the sighting, was scared – and anxiety set in. The entire sighting lasted about two minutes.

Englewood is in both Charlotte and Sarasota counties, FL, population 16,196. No images or videos were submitted with the MUFON report, which was filed on April 27, 2011.

Florida is a current UFO ALERT 3 rating, with a high number of UFO sightings nationally. Florida had 23 UFO reports in March 2011 – while California had 45 sightings, the highest reporting state in the nation.

Niasplaypen.com News Wire  — A Texas couple report watching a 200-foot-long, rectangle-shaped UFO that appeared to be in a “liquid state” as it moved across the sky at about 1,500 feet, according to April 27, 2011, testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

The couple noticed the object in the distance as it “soared silently from southeast to northwest.”

They agree that estimating its size and distance is tough.

“It is difficult to estimate the size or how high it was,” the reporting witness stated. “The view was unobstructed. The object could be seen clearly and it was not rotating, making noise or illuminated. My wife believes it was roughly 200 feet by 200 feet and was flying at roughly 1500 feet. I believe it was much larger and was flying closer to one mile.”

But they noticed something else that was rather odd about the object.

“The object appeared to be in a liquid state, such as the chemical mercury, but it retained its parallelogram shape throughout the sighting. It appeared to only be reflecting the lights from the ground, and had no lights on the craft itself. The object had a ‘digital’ camouflage appearance of a circuit board or other layered pattern.”

No town name was mentioned in the public portion of the report. The event occurred on April 25, 2011, at 9:52 p.m. No images or video were released with the report, which was filed on April 27, 2011.

Texas is a current UFO ALERT 3 rating, with a high number of UFO sightings nationally. Texas had 39 UFO reports in March 2011 – while California had 45 sightings, the highest reporting state in the nation.
