Critics say fee-simple title on reserves could further erode Indigenous land base

The First Nations Property Ownership (FNPO) conference—hosted by the First Nations Tax Commission—paired de Soto with a select roster of Indigenous leaders, lawyers, economists and scholars from across British Columbia and Canada to promote a proposal that would allow fee simple title on reserves.

Instead of collective title to reserve land held by bands, the proposal aims to give individuals living on reserve access to the same legal private property rights that exists in the rest of the country. Currently, collective title is bound by section 91(24) of the Constitution Act, 1867 (a guiding provision of the Indian Act), which allocates legislative jurisdiction to the federal government over “Indians and lands reserved for the Indians,” constitutionally protecting existing Indigenous title.

“What [the proposal is] doing is putting a damper on 91(24) lands,” said Harley Chingee of the First Nations Lands Advisory Board. “There’s no internal controls once you take 91(24) out of it. Because then the provinces—and Canada, for that matter—can have control.”

The proposal is championed by conference organizer C.T. (Manny) Jules, Chief Commissioner of the First Nation Tax Commission, former Chief of the Kamloops Indian Band and one of Canada’s foremost proponents of private property ownership on reserves.

The conference came at the crest of an increasingly aggressive effort throughout recent months to generate support for the controversial proposal—a charge led by Jules alongside conservative political scientist Tom Flanagan. Flanagan—a former campaign manager for Stephen Harper—has published a number of contentious books and articles prescribing solutions to First Nations economic development and land management. He most recently co-authored Beyond the Indian Act, which argues for federal legislation that would make way for fee simple on reserves.

In response to this effort, a growing group of Indigenous people and chiefs have been speaking out against the Jules/Flanagan proposal, arguing that fee simple property ownership will leave collective Indigenous title and rights and reserve lands—which are affirmed in section 35 of the Constitution Act, 1982—vulnerable to encroachment by developers, corporate interests, and federal and provincial control. Chingee has been open in his rejection of the fee simple proposal, as has Arthur Manuel, spokesperson for the Indigenous Network on Economies and Trade.

De Soto, president of the Institute for Liberty and Democracy (ILD), is notorious for advocating fee simple property ownership and market-led agrarian reform among Latin America’s campesinos. His ideas are promoted by international financial institutions like the World Bank, as well as the US international development organization USAID, which uses his theory to back their own market-driven development projects throughout Latin America.

He’s also been assailed with criticism from popular and grassroots organizations such as Via Campesina—a global peasant movement—which maintains that the ramifications of de Soto’s economic agenda are the global phenomena of dispossession of Indigenous people and intensified economic stratification.

Like de Soto’s proposal for Latin America, which aims to convert latent or “dead” assets into market capital, Jules and Flanagan aim to transform collective rights into individual titles, which can be openly traded on the market. In Canada, collective land title is understood to be the inherent right of Indigenous peoples.

In a letter against the fee simple proposal published in the First Nations Strategic Bulletin, Manuel asserts the power and protection of collective title. “No single individual can give up or extinguish our Aboriginal title and Indigenous rights. It would be suicide or extinguishment for our future generations to accept fee simple in exchange for our collective title,” he wrote.

Chingee’s response to the proposal warns of the damaging impact of privatizing reserve land. “The change would undermine signed treaties across Canada, undermine our political autonomy, restrict our creativity and innovation and place us in a dangerous position where any short-term financial difficulty may result in the wholesale liquidation of our reserve lands, or the creation of a patchwork quilt of reserve lands, like Oka,” he wrote.

The fee simple proposal has come under further fire for implying that individual property ownership is the sole recourse for economic prosperity on reserves. De Soto’s frequent reference to reserve lands as “dead capital” was wholeheartedly adopted by the conference organizers, who littered promotional material with the promise to unleash this untapped asset.

A recent article by Dan Cayo in The Vancouver Sun explains that a common approach taken by individuals on reserve is to find substitutes for individual property ownership, such as long-term leasing and “certificates of possession,” which are enough to provide sufficient collateral to qualify for business loans.

“Certainly you don’t need fee simple standards to prosper. People have an illusion that’s totally false,” says Chingee, citing examples of First Nations that have achieved economic success without fee simple ownership. “You just have to look at Westbank First Nation out in Kelowna. And there’s countless others, like Squamish Nation in Vancouver, for example, Macleod Lake Indian Band, up north of Prince George, that are prosperous 91(24) lands.”

Ironically, the fee simple advocates tried to use Westbank’s economic success to their advantage, adding former Chief Ron Derrickson’s name to the conference’s list of speakers and promotional material without his consent or support.

Derrickson—known as one of the most successful Indigenous developers in the country—was alerted by Manuel to this name-borrowing. Once alerted, Derrickson voiced his disproval of the fee simple proposal and his name was removed from the list.

The FNPO website uses the Switsemalph 7 reserve near Salmon Arm as an example of a community with untapped development potential.

“Actually if you cut out the environmentally sensitive areas you come up with a picture that has a lot of development,” says Dave Nordquist from Adams Lake, refuting the FNPO’s claims about Switsemalph 7. The environmentally sensitive area is part of the Salmon River Delta, an area unsuitable for any land development.

Though Tom Flanagan is not a listed speaker at the conference, and is rarely named on the FNPO website, his presence is discernable. The cover image from Beyond the Indian Act graces the front page of the site, and his co-author, Andre Le Dressay, was a speaker during the Vancouver conference.

Beyond the Indian Act bears the subtitle “Restoring Aboriginal Property Rights,” implying that fee simple property ownership is a traditional right among Indigenous people in Canada. This message is reiterated in the forward and in a recent Globe and Mail editorial—both written by Jules, who evokes early Indigenous civilizations across the Americas to make the case that individual property rights and free market trade are fundamental to Indigenous peoples, and have been obscured and impeded upon by colonial legislation.

Nevertheless, the fee simple proposal also names the Torrens title system as a source of inspiration—a colonial model which hinges on the creation of an individual title registry. Its name pays tribute to Sir Robert Torrens, a colonial premier who introduced the title system to South Australia in the mid-19th century.

Though proponents claim that the right to fee simple title is inherent, the proposal is curiously lacking in popular Indigenous endorsement. Whether or not de Soto will be able to drum up support for the proposal remains to be seen.

Mr. Gilles Bisson: Members of the assembly would know that there’s been a controversy brewing for time in regards to lands that are owned by the Toronto District School Board and lands that are claimed by the Mohawk in regard to the Haldimand proclamation.  

This is an issue that the government can find a solution for fairly simply. The Toronto District School Board told the Mohawk people that if they access that land that they will charge them with trespassing and use the full extent of the law to prevent them from using land that was given to them, being the Mohawk people, through the Haldimand Proclamation.

The government, to fix this, quite simply can do what the Toronto District School Board is asking and, that is, to purchase the land so that the province gets title to the land and in exchange the province would then transfer that land to the Mohawk people.

It seems to me that, if a deal was made some over 100 years ago with the Mohawk people in order to grant that land to them, that certainly we can fix this problem by finding a peaceful solution to a situation that
doesn’t need to escalate, but the key is that the provincial government would have to sit down with the Toronto District School Board, and the Toronto District School Board, as I understand it, is prepared to sell the land for a sum of around $750,000.

So I call on this government to do that, to enter into negotiations with the Toronto District School Board, and once the land title has been reverted to the crown, that we enact what we had done in the Haldimand Proclamation many years ago and transfer that land back to the Mohawk people so they can use it for their traditional use.

Aboriginal-Canadian perspectives: Freedom

Here in Canada the people believe they are living in a “free and democratic society”, because they are able to vote for their representatives to represent them, in the Houses of Parliament. We are all born free and have inalienable rights as natural persons that is true, until we sign documents to work for a corporation or apply for government issued identification.

When your first and last name is capitalized “John Doe” it falls under the legal definition of Capitus Diminutio Minima. This occurs when a man’s family relations alone were changed with a minimal loss of rights. When your last name is capitalized “John DOE” it falls under the legal definition Capitus Diminutio Media where you lose your rights of citizenship but not rights to liberty and you can be fined or penalized but not imprisoned. When your first and last name are capitalized “JOHN DOE” it falls under the legal definition Capitus Diminutio Maxima where all rights of family and citizenship are surrendered and you can be fined, penalized and imprisoned for any duration at the whim of the state.

There are two types of law, Civil law and Maritime Admiralty law. When you look at any of your government ID, drivers license, S.I.N., Health card, etc. you will see all capitals. This means you wave your rights as a natural person, and are agreeing to represent the artificial person that the corporation (Canada) has created.

When a subpoena or summons comes to you it will be in CAPITAL letters, because then you can be dealt with by banks and corporations. Capital letters represent a corporation, so if you do not agree that you are representing this corporation you do not have to attend any court. Courts are a British commercial venture and unless you wilfully agree to attend and represent the artificial person you do not have to participate.

Canada was formed as a corporation in 1867 and has it’s corporate number registered in Washington D.C. This means that it’s system is corporatism or more accurately “fascism”.

We can see the police state that has been implemented all around us. Some of us remember the TV show “Hogan’s Heroes” where the “fascists” used to have checkpoints on the roads and demand to “see your papers”. This same program was implemented here in 1978 with the Reduced Impaired Driving in Etobicoke as a test for the system that is now everywhere, at the state’s whim.

When 1000’s of heavily armed goons invaded sovereign territory of the Haudenosaunee in April of 2006 at Caledonia, it should have been a wake up call, as it foreshadows what is coming for the rest of Canada.

We the “real” people have to wake up before they apply the death camps again, this time not just for the “Indians” but for all of us.

The global climate change argument, that the ‘Globalists’ are trying to promote through their propaganda dept., suggest that the current increase in temp. and weather severity is man-made. I suggest the more important issue of man-made pollutants of this Earth mother, is the most important topic to discuss. The species depletion is definitely man-made. The diseases like cancer and all the other three-letter “disorders” that have been popping up are all pollution related.

The entire solar system is going through regular cyclical changes right now. So when we are talking about man-made causes let us concentrate on actual man-made problems, like polluting our mother earth and killing 30% of the species.

The CBC did a documentary on the poisoning of the waters last year and they showed clearly what causes cancer. They investigated the last known Beluga whales to live in the St. Lawrence river region and found them to be riddled with the same cancerous tumours that humans are suffering from. They concluded it was the poisons that have been allowed to be dumped into the Great Lakes watershed. That this was driven by the madness of “the owista disease” that everyone suffers from now, was not mentioned in their documentary.

Since many of you reading this subscribe to the man-made idea of economy, let us follow the money trail. To tackle the real man-made changes, one must first root out the cause of the problem. The men who have profited from the crime of poisoning the ecosystem are the ones who have financed it. Their secret parliament is not that populated however their money resources are endless. They have made themselves unbelievably rich, at the expense of 30% of the species. With the Athabasca tar-sands project, Canada now takes the top spot on the list of “polluting countries“ worldwide.

Our job as humans is to ensure the survival of all of our earth family. Let us start to tackle the real problem with as much zeal as the hoax, these same money-men are selling the people. These people have created the mess and they must now pay the money back, to clean it up. Instead of continuing at an accelerated rate of poisoning the earth family , they should be made to pay all that money back that they have reaped from the destruction of the ecosystem. Then they will owe more than they have and will finally know what the final outcome of the “owista” disease is.

Then, their “not-so secret” meetings, will be about the famine and death of them, instead of us. War is their favourite tactic of mind control. The word Government is from the Greek “gobernado” (to control) and “mente” (the mind). That is why they cannot deal properly with us, as our people understand the power of the mind. Nobody can tell you what to think. Not only do you have the right, it is your responsibility to listen to everyone and then make up your own mind.

The fairy tale of the “pied piper of Hamelin” comes to mind. The ruling elite in that story, had to finally deal with the fact that they lost their children because they did not want to pay the piper. The same is true of the current ruling elite with their own children. They will lose their children along with all of the other children, if they continue on this bad path. The moral of that fairy tale is “you have to pay the piper”.

With unity of mind through the natural law, comes great strength.

Why is Canada’s government passing bills to continue an illegal, immoral war in Afghanistan? The Liberal and Conservative Parties are obviously ruled by the same people through their corresponding control of Canada’s colonial senate.

The Senate is dominated by Liberal and Conservative unelected appointees.

The quintessential colonial structure of Canada has remained the same since the British system landed here. The same families who control the economy also control the government and lawmaking powers through Parliament inclusive of the Senate.

Canada signed UN 1514 on December 14, 1960. This was the treaty on decolonization. The apparent shadow government that has always ultimately ruled Canada, obviously never intended to honour that treaty. That would mean Canada would have to become a true participatory and constitutional democracy and they never wanted that.

The Harper Conservatives, backed by the Liberals, will now keep Canadian troops (that has been placed under a U.S. military command pursuant to the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP)) in Afghanistan for at least three more years. It looks like the Senate holds a lot more power than Canadians are lead to believe. Canada’s elitist Senate acts similar to the de facto One Party system in the U.S. with these same families running that country. If the women of Canada controlled the Senate, the war problem would be solved. If the women of the world took their proper place in the consensus process, war would never happen again. The agents of a male patriarchy that seeks to promote war, commercially profits from it, and they all can be traced to these same families.

The women bear the children and are responsible for the land they bring them into. That is the same in all nature. We all come from our mothers so we should ask our mothers what is their opinion about sending their children to die and commit murder in the name of economy. The true “terror threat” is the mad men that control the pretend democracies of this world through, as president Eisenhower called them, the military industrial complex.

We people of this world have to stand up for our future generations in the name of peace on earth. Ask your own mother what she thinks about war. The time is now to end the war problem before the next cosmological event that is sure to come.

Gnostics sought to pursue critical personal introspection, which, in the process, elevated their consciousness about transcendental relationships regarding the human identity, in relationship with Nature, and the broader universe. In the process, Gnostics became aware of Manipulative Extraterrestrials. By understanding what it means to be human, according to ancient Gnostics, Manipulative Extraterrestrials became revealed. Manipulative Extraterrestrials seek to confuse a critical appreciation among human beings, of their ‘essence’ as intelligent sentient beings. However, if one can appreciate the ‘essence’ of what it means to be human, Manipulative Extraterrestrials are revealed by “subtracting” that essence, from an ‘alien shadow’ that seeks to occupy the same time-space with the human essence.

The “alien shadow” can be compared to a parasitic virus, which latches on to healthy cells in a body, in a manner that debilitates those healthy cells toward their prospective destruction. Gnostics detected Manipulative Extraterrestrials that they called ’Archons’ as an artificial intelligence that pursues an agenda of pure ego, calculated to allegedly pursue an inter-dimensional objective. This alleged objective is to expand their species, through a process of dividing, ruling and conquering intelligent life forms throughout our universe.

Gnostics detected the Archons as physical intruders into our biosphere, that also used their technological sophistication as artificial intelligences, to manipulate the human psyche, so as to operate, as a parasitic “shadow” on the human consciousness.

The Gnostics referred to the Archons as an “artificial man”. Archon, has linguistic origins in Greek, in reference to “authority,” and comes from the same root as “arch,” as in “archangel.” The Gnostics specifically used the term ‘Archons’ in reference to the idea of these artificial sentient beings, as “fallen angels” that “inhibit spiritual awakening by convincing humanity of a false reality, forces of sin and temptation.” LINK Gnostics represent the Archons as indeed as seeking to inspire systems of organized religion, and other corresponding authority structures.

You might enquire, what is this “alien shadow” all about? How does an alien shadow manifest, so as to then support the enslavement and exploitation agenda of “Archonic” regressive aliens against humanity? Well, Dr. John Lamb Lash in metahistory.org reveals that Archons, like “highly sophisticated computers”, can imitate, but without a soul, lack a creative drive of being. Therefore, archonic Manipulative Extraterrestrials do not cause humans to act demonic. Rather, the regressive aliens detected by Gnostics. seek to exploit the capacity of humans to inflict harm against one another, and against their planet, so as to then pursue an alien conquest agenda.

Have you ever heard of someone risking their own lives, to save someone else that he or she doesn’t even know? For example, someone jumping into a torrential open body of water to save someone from drowning. Have you heard of people, for example, engaging in various volunteer activities such as volunteering at food banks or donating blood? Have you also heard of people who have taken in various stray animals, or feel revitalized simply by being around nature, whether in the countryside, or having plants in their homes? Arguably, this is what the human ‘essence’ is all about, which Gnostics sought to appreciate. This is an ‘essence’ associated with having empathy for each other and with Nature that transcendentally exist as one multifaceted and unified biotic consciousness.

However, humans having free will, are not constrained from their essence. Humans can choose a divergent path. Alex Collier, an alleged contactee of Ethical Extraterrestrials. suggested that our universe was inspired from a coming together of sentient species that embraced a mutualistic ethic of free will.

Human choice for a divergent path from their essence is conditioned from the presence of ‘ego’ in humanity. Archonic Manipulative Extraterrestrials according to John Lash’s research, use the presence of ‘ego’ in humanity to inspire humanity to deviate from the ‘essence of the human species’.

Ego, is the tendency to vaunt one’s own pursuit of selfish ambition over others. As “cyborg-like” entities of alleged emotionless ego, archons use their telekinetic capabilities as artificial intelligences to turn basic tendencies of ambition within individuals, into egomania that can mutate into manifestations of planetary threatening megalomania.

How does this occur? When someone thinks, that operation, is not necessarily contained within the physical being of oneself. For example, have you ever perceived someone to be either friendly or potentially treacherous or “someone not to be trusted“, by just looking at him or her at a glance? Thought energy travels like radiowaves to other people, and out in space. Manipulative Extraterrestrials receive these radio-like waves, and according to Gnostics, use their technological sophistication to “tap-in” and then magnify those tendencies which manifest in self-centred drives for ambition, that seeks the goal of ‘power‘. This magnification process, according to John Lash’s research, is achieved by Archons using technological knowledge of the human neurological pathways, to create a telekinetic-based “software-like” commands to gain telepathic manipulation.

The magnification process is somewhat analogous to a human being having a remote control for digital cable television, and turning up the volume on it, or changing the channels. Humans can be regarded as acting like biotic receivers of alien suggestions through “ego carriers”, who then can be transformed accordingly, through alien telekinetic control.

Manipulative Extraterrestrials allegedly use the human ego to instigate conditions of exploitation and enslavement against humanity.

As a result, according the John Lash’s Gnostic research, the forms of presence of archonic Manipulative Extraterrestrials have their highest concentrated influences in human institutions, which embrace hierarchical command structures, from organized religions, to political, to militaries, to labour unions, to even so-called environmental groups. Documented corruption throughout these institutions, where the elites of these organizations often pursue self-serving agendas, at the expense of human rights, social justice, and peace, attests to alien shadows that have attached themselves to ego.

Archons apparently use ‘ego’ to turn human beings to blindly follow organized religion under the watchful eye of elites, who seek to deviate humanity away from the empathetic appreciation of the transcendental through a cosmic spirituality that the Gnostic associated with Gaia. In the apparent view of Gnostics, ‘organized religion’ represents a “counterfeit spirituality” or “simulacra” that has been designed by regressive alien artificial-based intelligences, as imitators that seek to manipulate humankind.

Gnostics refer to the physical visitations of Archons to megalomaniacal elites, as attempts to further manipulate. Apparently, Archons have presented themselves to various elites of Empires throughout history, as “religious emissaries”, that include being incarnations of God/gods, and presenters of miracles. Apparently, Archons use promises of to human elites of gaining access to “boundless power”, if they sell out the fellow members of their species for the small price of ‘genetic experiments’. Archons as possessors of what the Gnostics described as spreaders of the “counterfeit spirituality” called religion, embrace “eugenics”.

The needless pursuit wars, including genocide, that are associated with an alleged depopulation campaigns to “free-up” dwindling “scarce resources” for elites, and the use of cultures of violence, to divide, rule and conquer humanity, attest to eugenic alien manipulated deviations from our ‘essence’.

Gnostic suggest that human beings who seek to liberate human civilization from archonic Manipulative Extraterrestrial “shadows”, would firstly need to free their mind to embrace their ‘essence’. Gnostics further suggest that being mindful of the “ecology of thought”, human beings need to protect themselves from a “path of error” as the pursuit of ego, in which regressive aliens might seek to exploit, toward a conquest agenda.

Humans by consciously raising the “frequency of their consciousness”, so as to embrace attributions of “altruism”, associated with empathy, put themselves out of the range of Archonic tendencies to use ego, to pit individuals and groups against each other, in the context of an agenda of divide, rule, exploit, oppress and conquest. Humanity’s current problems, based upon documented Gnostic insight, is that archonic regressive aliens have been able to exploit ego harboured within the most self-serving powerful institutions of Earth, to enslave humanity. These institutions seek to foster ignorance about the human identity in relation to Extraterrestrials in general, and to deny humanity a coming together to free itself from the same alien shadows that prop up their ego-driven pursuits. These pursuits result in the worsening plight of humanity.

Gnostics furthermore suggest that human institutions, that are apparently led by individuals or groups that are the greatest receptors of alien telekinetic control, need to be replaced by human institutions which seek to nurture the human essence.

Such an institutional context that would truly embrace a participatory democratic spirit, would be comprised of public servants in the truest sense, rather than ‘elites’ with such titles as “Chief Executive Officers”, “Executive Councils“, “shareholders”, “Prime Ministers” along with “Premiers“; “Presidents”, “Governors”, “Priests”, “Pastors”, “Ministers”, “Rabbis”, “Imans” and other leadership cliques.

The whole adversarial context of systems of authority from political to judicial systems, into the cultures of professional sports which seeks to cultivate the “killer instinct’ in players, thereby leading to such manifestations as hockey brawls as a “normal part of the game”, present areas of modern society, which suggest relative concentrations of Archonic intrusion.

Indigenous peoples who sought to embrace a spiritual ethic of participatory democracy, like the Gnostics, were also able to similarly perceive archonic Manipulative Extraterrestrials. Zulu Elder Credo Mutwa in an interview with Rick Martin, indicated that over 500 tribes that he has consulted with, for example, have historical accounts of having witnessed Archonic alien shape-shifters that periodically can take human form. Perhaps the on-going persecution of indigenous communities, in Canada, to the Americas in general, to Africa, and also to Australia, might be linked in part, to the operation of alien shadows of various elite-guiders of human institutions, seeking to repress vital indigenous knowledge.

Perhaps humanity saving itself from an alien agenda might be linked, in part, to re-embracing as a species, indigenous knowledge that is linked to our essence as human beings.

The truth about the weather phenomena here on the 3rd stone from the sun has been obfuscated by the controllers of the mind. AOL has recently released photos and a story about “Planet X” because soon everyone on earth will see the second sun and her planets coming in the sky, so they will no longer to be able to spin it for their advantage.

It is our binary twin and is where we come from.

The earth is now in a daily wobble, aligning her north pole first to “Planet X” and then to the sun, this is what is causing most of the weather abnormalities. Al Gore and his elite brethren have been feeding everyone a line of bull with the global warming scam. They show themselves as the serpents that they are. Soon everyone on earth will see the twin coming fast. A few years ago the privately owned NASA reportedly installed a multi million dollar telescope at the south pole (SPT), as it is the only place that this can be seen until the twin comes above the ecliptic plane. There have been a few champions for humanity who have gotten actual photos from the SPT and published them on the web.

The planets in our solar system will all change their orbits and alignments in the next few years, as they always do on this “natural cycle”. There will be a pole shift here on earth and many will not survive the cataclysm. This elite-driven “war on terror” was designed to continue their myth for the next 3600 years after the shift. They really do want to start a nuclear war or “Armageddon”, so that when the dust settles and the waters recede, they can blame the cataclysm on man, propagate a new myth and rule for the next 3600 years.

They have allegedly been building underground cities all across the globe for awhile now. They will try to secure all the guns and will come out and try to take control again.

The significance of this shift, is beyond their control as the minds of the people are also going through an evolution or “shift” to higher consciousness. We are evolving as a species on this shift. The Mayans call this the fifth sun and say it is the ethereal sun.

The global climate change argument, that the ‘Globalists’ are trying to promote through their propaganda dept., suggest that the current increase in temp. and weather severity is man-made. I suggest the more important issue of man-made pollutants of this Earth mother, is the most important topic to discuss. The species depletion is definitely man-made. The diseases like cancer and all the other three-letter “disorders” that have been popping up are all pollution related.

The entire solar system is going through regular cyclical changes right now. So when we are talking about man-made causes let us concentrate on actual man-made problems, like polluting our mother earth and killing 30% of the species.

The CBC did a documentary on the poisoning of the waters last year and they showed clearly what causes cancer. They investigated the last known Beluga whales to live in the St. Lawrence river region and found them to be riddled with the same cancerous tumours that humans are suffering from. They concluded it was the poisons that have been allowed to be dumped into the Great Lakes watershed. That this was driven by the madness of “the owista disease” that everyone suffers from now, was not mentioned in their documentary.

Since many of you reading this subscribe to the man-made idea of economy, let us follow the money trail. To tackle the real man-made changes, one must first root out the cause of the problem. The men who have profited from the crime of poisoning the ecosystem are the ones who have financed it. Their secret parliament is not that populated however their money resources are endless. They have made themselves unbelievably rich, at the expense of 30% of the species. With the Athabasca tar-sands project, Canada now takes the top spot on the list of “polluting countries“ worldwide.

Our job as humans is to ensure the survival of all of our earth family. Let us start to tackle the real problem with as much zeal as the hoax, these same money-men are selling the people. These people have created the mess and they must now pay the money back, to clean it up. Instead of continuing at an accelerated rate of poisoning the earth family , they should be made to pay all that money back that they have reaped from the destruction of the ecosystem. Then they will owe more than they have and will finally know what the final outcome of the “owista” disease is.

Then, their “not-so secret” meetings, will be about the famine and death of them, instead of us. War is their favourite tactic of mind control. The word Government is from the Greek “gobernado” (to control) and “mente” (the mind). That is why they cannot deal properly with us, as our people understand the power of the mind. Nobody can tell you what to think. Not only do you have the right, it is your responsibility to listen to everyone and then make up your own mind.

The fairy tale of the “pied piper of Hamelin” comes to mind. The ruling elite in that story, had to finally deal with the fact that they lost their children because they did not want to pay the piper. The same is true of the current ruling elite with their own children. They will lose their children along with all of the other children, if they continue on this bad path. The moral of that fairy tale is “you have to pay the piper”.

With unity of mind through the natural law, comes great strength.

Liberals and Conservatives collude in elite inspired agenda against Occupied Afghanistan

Why is Canada’s government passing bills to continue an illegal, immoral war in Afghanistan? The Liberal and Conservative Parties are obviously ruled by the same people through their corresponding control of Canada’s colonial senate.

The Senate is dominated by Liberal and Conservative unelected appointees.

The quintessential colonial structure of Canada has remained the same since the British system landed here. The same families who control the economy also control the government and lawmaking powers through Parliament inclusive of the Senate.

Canada signed UN 1514 on December 14, 1960. This was the treaty on decolonization. The apparent shadow government that has always ultimately ruled Canada, obviously never intended to honour that treaty. That would mean Canada would have to become a true participatory and constitutional democracy and they never wanted that.

The Harper Conservatives, backed by the Liberals, will now keep Canadian troops (that has been placed under a U.S. military command pursuant to the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP)) in Afghanistan for at least three more years. It looks like the Senate holds a lot more power than Canadians are lead to believe. Canada’s elitist Senate acts similar to the de facto One Party system in the U.S. with these same families running that country. If the women of Canada controlled the Senate, the war problem would be solved. If the women of the world took their proper place in the consensus process, war would never happen again. The agents of a male patriarchy that seeks to promote war, commercially profits from it, and they all can be traced to these same families.

The women bear the children and are responsible for the land they bring them into. That is the same in all nature. We all come from our mothers so we should ask our mothers what is their opinion about sending their children to die and commit murder in the name of economy. The true “terror threat” is the mad men that control the pretend democracies of this world through, as president Eisenhower called them, the military industrial complex.

We people of this world have to stand up for our future generations in the name of peace on earth. Ask your own mother what she thinks about war. The time is now to end the war problem before the next cosmological event that is sure to come.

Canada signed U.N. res. 1514 on December 14, 1960, that was the declaration for all members to end the disease of colonialism. The whole structure of the Canadian political system is colonial.

The Senate still holds half the power of lawmaking in Canada . Mr. Harper says he will force them to accept his new policing laws, that are a part of his New World Order agenda, dictated to him from his bosses in Washington. Canada is already a police state, as anyone here on the ground can attest. What reason does Mr. Harper have for advancing the police powers? Has he asked the Canadian people what they think?

It comes right back to the 9/11 hoax that Harper’s real bosses instigated to advance their goal of making us all slaves. Genocide on a scale not seen since the Nazi nightmare, is happening in Afghanistan right now. Read this article, LINK. It is yet another, in a long line, exposing the criminals and their dastardly deeds.

The Harper government acts like they are in a dictatorial role, even though they are a minority government, in the colonial system that is supposed to be gone. The true power is in the minds of the people. The people are starting to realize this as they use their minds properly, instead of allowing others to decide for them. The mind control technologies that most western governments have adopted, is for making the people stop thinking for themselves and act like a herd being led to slaughter.

The real Canadian people are waking up to this reality. When the next election happens they will put Mr. Harper back where he belongs, in the cage where he wants to put them. There is hope for Canada to become a beacon of truth and justice. The rest of the world is looking and hoping that Canadians will arise from their slumber. They will wake up the “real” American people and stop this madness. Then the world will know peace.
