When HBC was considering selling-out Zellers stores, how much consideration did they give to potential Canadian offers that would affirm Zeller’s Canadian identity? Or, was this a “sweat heart deal” among Americans to sell out, yet, another part of our Canadian identity?
If this deal had occured in the early 1980’s, it would have been reviewed by the Foreign Investment Review Agency (FIRA). FIRA would then evaluate the deal to consider if such a take-over was in the national interest of Canadians. However, Investment Canada which replaced FIRA, has become a rubber stamp of foreign corporate take-overs in Canada.
In the absensce of FIRA, if HBC had the social responsibility and ‘Canadian pride’ it claimed to have, it would have publicly announced its intention to sell Zellers stores, and only consider offers by Target, if it could not secure a consortium of Canadian buyers and investors.
It was only through mass opposition by the Premier of Saskatchewan that thwarted the potash industry in Saskatchewan from being taken over by Australian mercenaries. Do Canadians have it in them to begin to question the merits of this new foreign take-over agenda?
The American interests behind HBC commercially profits from our national identity during the Olympics, and then with the other hand, sells-out Canada apparently without shame.

Ownership of the Hudson’s Bay Co (HBC)., Canada’s oldest retailer, was supposed to have been returned to Canadians as soon as the first half of 2011 through a public stock offering, the current American owner of the company was quoted as saying in Toronto Star on 23 September 2009. LINK But now we, as Canadians, have seen that American ownership professings of repatriation of HBC and its assets like Zellers have been part of some kind of apparent mass-deception.

Such U.S. take-overs bring with them the harsh American corporate culture into Canada. Such take-overs undermines Canadian cultural and economic sovereignty.
One Canadian from PEI summed up the prospective Zellers take over:
“I’m sick of American oriented shopping companies and their attitudes coming into Canada. One thing that attracted me to PEI was the civility and friendliness of the merchants and their staff here compared to Ontario.”
“That civility has been noticeably been diminishing as Walmart, Home Depot, Staples etc. have started to dominate the retail scene here. Each has brought the same “customer be damned” attitude to this “gentle” Island that has marked their operations elsewhere. It’s a trend that has me both worried and saddened.”

Zellers’ motto has been that it is “Truly Canadian”. But corporate apparent corporate mercenaries at HBC has apparently sought to sell out Canada further down the road of being a colony of the United States through so-called “North American Union”.
The question is, how many people in Canada actually care that our business heritage that is about of our cultural identity is being replaced by iconic symbols of corporate America and its excesses?
CBC reports that “U.S. retailer Target said Thursday it is buying the store leases of Canadian discount retail chain Zellers from the U.S. investor who owns the Hudson’s Bay Co. assets for $1.8 billion.”
“Under terms of the deal, Minneapolis-based Target will make two payments of $912.5 million in cash, in May and September 2011, to acquire the leasehold interests of 220 Zellers locations in Canada.”
The Zellers locations will continue to exist under that brand name for “a period of time,” HBC said in a release. But Target will convert 100 to 150 of those Zellers locations to Target stores in 2013 and 2014 and sell the rest of the current Zellers network of store leases to other retailers.
But the fate of the 70-odd Zellers stores that aren’t destined to become Targets is far from clear. “The company still has plans to operate a portfolio of Zellers stores in some communities across the country,” HBC spokeswoman Freda Colbourne told The Canadian Press.
“The company is still going to run a chain of Zellers stores, it just might be a little bit different than today, but for the next 12 months nothing is changing,” Colbourne said.

Expert panels, military-intelligence agencies, and/or scientists, respectively, in France, U.K., and China now independently confirm that the ‘extraterrestrial hypothesis’ is now their public operative explanation for specific empirical UFO encounters.
According to one source, “The extraterrestrial hypothesis (ETH) is the hypothesis that some unidentified flying objects (UFOs) are best explained as being extraterrestrial life or space aliens from other planets occupying physical spacecraft visiting Earth.”
In France, on May 31, 2010, The Progress Report of the Sigma/3AF Commission, a semi-official report, adopted the extraterrestrial hypothesis for specific UFO sightings. According to researcher Antonio Huneeus “A new French report released on May 31, 2010 concluded that UFOs are definitely real and possibly of extraterrestrial origin. The Progress Report of the Sigma/3AF Commission comes from a highly credible source, the Aeronautical & Astronomical Association of France, known as the 3AF, which established a Commission on Unidentified Aerial Phenomena back in May 2008. The Commission’s President is Alain Boudier, a former French Defense attaché, and one of its key members is Jean-Gabriel Greslé, a former fighter pilot who studied at the U.S. Air Force Academy and later became an airliner pilot with Air France, where he experienced a couple of UFO sightings. Greslé has published three UFO books in France, including Unidentified Flying Objects: An Airline Pilot Talks (Guy Trédaniel, 1993).”
In the U.K. on August 4, 2010, the U.K. Ministry of Defence released World War II documents that confirmed that Prime Minister Winston Churchill had adopted the extraterrestrial hypothesis as the operating hypothesis of the U.K. government with regard to specific UFO sightings. In early August, 2010 the U.K. Ministry of Defence made public “an account of a wartime meeting attended by Winston Churchill in which, it is claimed, the prime minister was so concerned about a reported encounter between a UFO and RAF bombers, that he ordered it be kept secret for at least 50 years to prevent ‘mass panic’.
“Nick Pope, who used to investigate UFO sightings for the MoD, said: ‘The interesting thing is that most of the UFO files from that period have been destroyed.
“’But what happened is that a scientist whose grandfather was one of his [Churchill's] bodyguards, said look, Churchill and Eisenhower got together to cover up this phenomenal UFO sighting, that was witnessed by an RAF crew on their way back from a bombing raid.
“’The reason apparently was because Churchill believed it would cause mass panic and it would shatter people’s religious views.’”
On August 23, 2010 in China, a planetary astronomer formally announced the extraterrestrial hypothesis as applicable to specific UFO encounters he had studied in notable sightings at the Purple Hills Observatory of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
Dr. Michael E. Salla notes, “In a speech at a science forum held in the city of Guangzhou on August 23, a veteran Chinese astronomer with almost 40 years experience claimed that some UFOs are extraterrestrial spacecraft.

The ‘Alien invasion’ film market is arguably a mass psychological conditioning device (prequel) to a real staged ‘Alien Invasion.’
We are about to be treated by Hollywood to a veritable outbreak of Alien Invasion films, each implanting fear about extraterrestrials in the film-going public and the meme-reality of extraterrestrials on planet Earth. If ‘Alien Invasion’ films are in fact a conditioning prequel to a staged ‘Alien Invasion,’ then the reality of the false flag ‘Alien Invasion’ could (questionably) follow on the heels of the 2011 movie and TV premiere season.
One source states, “Steven Spielberg is to produce a new science fiction series titled Falling Skies in collaboration with the TNT television network. Falling Skies is based on the aftermath of an alien invasion.
Falling Skies will premiere on TNT sometime in the summer of 2011. He will direct and produce the 12-hour miniseries Nine Lives for Syfy and will also create the science fiction film Robopocalypse.”
Another motion picture industry source states, “Incredibly, there’s even more news on the Alien Invasion Front – some of it big. Apparently Sam Raimi is prepping a new film called Earth Defense Force, that involves America skirmishing with the communist Chinese … as a prelude to a far larger and more lethal invasion from visitors from outer space. So this film will combine two recent cinema trends of: anti-communism and alien invasion. Nice.
“Getting kind of crowded in those skies now, though. At a certain point, some of these alien invaders are probably going to start fighting each other. Why? Because rumors are now circulating about the possibility of two sequels to Roland Emmerich’s original Independence Day, although Emmerich had better hurry up with those because some of these other films will be stealing his thunder.
One such film is Skyline, which we’ve previously registered some reservations about here, but which just debuted a fantastic new trailer. Bear in mind that this film was made for under $10 million. Phenomenal.
“And, ironically enough today: Ridley Scott apparently wants a $250 million budget for his Alien prequel, and he wants the film to have a ‘hard-R’ rating. Fox, obviously, is balking on both counts. Honestly, Sir Ridley may want to consider retiring. He’s been blowing an enormous amount of other peoples’ money for years on films that are underperforming at the box office, and if these demands are true as reported he must be living in a Matrix-style dream state. He should see the Skyline trailer and see what can be done for pennies nowadays.
“In other alien invasion news: Emma Thompson is apparently circling Men in Black 3D; Rihanna is getting rave reviews from her fellow Battleship cast members; some intriguing set photos have leaked from the J.J. Abrams/Steven Spielberg Super 8; Comic-con will be staying in San Diego for the next 5 years; Tom Hanks is debuting a futuristic new web series called Electric City; and MTV is running a great list of The 10 Scenes from The Star Wars Saga We Can’t Wait to See in 3D – but for some reason they forgot the Death Star trench scene! No Death Star?!”
But is fare like the above and Steven Spielberg’s Falling Skies, a 2011 TV series based on the aftermath of an alien invasion, enough to sustain the meme of a staged ‘Alien Invasion’ like Project Blue Beam? Hardly likely.

A New Jersey witness recalls watching a jet “cloak” and then reappear after watching a “low flying object passing over the tree tops” disappear on July 23, 2010, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.
The witness told no one about the July 23 incident, but decided to file a report January 8, 2011, and also mention the disappearing jet.
“The same summer of 2010, I also witnessed two jets flying over the skies of Middlesex County, NJ when one cloaked for about three seconds reappeared, recloaked for about three seconds, reappeared for about three seconds and recloaked,” the witness stated. “The amazing thing about the event is that the cloaked jet also lost, masked, or cloaked its contrails.”

New Jersey is a current UFO ALERT 5 rating, with a lower number of UFO sightings nationally. New Jersey had 9 UFO sighting reports in December 2010. California led the nation with 45 sighting reports.

Last summer while walking my dog, I observed a low flying object passing over tree tops. As I waited for it to clear, not moving my possition, I realized it had disappeared. I figured I was halucinating and said nothing to no one.
The same summer of 2010 I also witnessed two jets flying over the skys of Middlesex County, NJ when one cloaked for about three seconds reappeared, recloaked for about three seconds, reappeared for about three seconds and recloaked. The amazing thing about the event is that the cloaked jet also lost,masked,or cloaked it’s contrails.
What spurred me to recount this was a MUFON show on History where a gentleman out west recounted a simslar experience to your investigators. I had never mentioned this to anyone before now.

It is apparent that the Bloc is acting out an apparent charade of nationalist loyalties while being controlled out of Washington DC. The Bloc appears to be a colonial agent acting in behalf of the American Empire in the context of imperial politics of “divide and rule” practiced by other Empires thoughout history. It is not a party of separatist idealism which had inspired René Levesque.
Many Canadians take for granted that Gilles Duceppe is a separatist who seeks to break-up Canada and form a “new nation” of Québec. However, this does not appear to be the case. If Gilles Duceppe was an actual sincere Québec sovereigntist who sought to establish and independent nation in North America, he would be drawing a lot of public attention among Quebecers, against the North American Union (NAU) agenda.
But Mr. Duceppe has not sought to alert Quebecers to the Anglo-American agenda of the NAU. Indeed, it appears that Mr. Duceppe and other elites of the so-called “Québec sovereigntist” movement view selling-out to U.S. based neo-cons to be much more commercial profitable that forming a new Québec nation.
Published reports also suggest that Mr. Duceppe and his confederates support the adoption of a new U.S. currency in Québec dubbed the “Amero”.
