Ottawa’s South March Highlands, an estimated 1,100 hectares of ecologically significant land, home to hundreds of species—almost 20 at risk of extinction—and believed to be the site of ancient Aboriginal artifacts. But only 40 percent of it is protected by the city as conservation land—and developers are moving in. LINK

“It’s one of the most biodiverse areas in Canada,” says Ottawa resident and environmentalist Paul Renaud, “and it’s 15 minutes from the centre of the nation’s capital.” Perhaps that’s why, in 1981, when developer Campeau Corp. purchased 550 hectares there, it agreed to keep 40 percent as “open space”—a contingency that carried over to subsequent landowners. But this open space isn’t exclusively environmentally significant land, as the area’s biodiversity wasn’t fully understood at the time of the purchase. LINK

Several new residential subdivisions in the South March Highlands are currently planned or under construction. There’s the 269-hectare Kanata Lakes development being built by KNL Developments, a partnership of Ottawa builders Urbandale and Richcraft. There’s also the 84-hectare Richardson Ridge subdivision planned by the Ottawa-based Regional Group of Companies. Clearcutting of the popular Beaver Pond Forest began in January as part of KNL’s hotly contested plan to build 3,200 homes in the area. In 2009 the city approved an extension of Terry Fox Drive, a major arterial road that will bisect the conservation land. LINK

Unsurprisingly, local environmental groups and residents, including Renaud, have rallied against the area’s destruction. In early 2010 they formed the Coalition to Protect the South March Highlands. It has thousands of members locally and nationally, and Sierra Club Canada, the David Suzuki Foundation, and the Algonquin First Nations have joined the cause. “We need to do a better job of protecting the rights of indigenous people and the natural environment,” says Renaud. “It’s not too late to do the right thing.”

In the meantime, development continues to move forward. In December 2010, city council gave up an attempt to acquire 29 hectares of the Beaver Pond Forest from KNL, citing lack of funds and failure to agree with KNL on the land’s price.

“The city can put new conditions on [KNL’s subdivision approval] if we have reason to do so,” says city councillor Marianne Wilkinson. “But if we try to do it, they can appeal it to the Ontario Municipal Board.” LINK

According to accounts released Saturday, April 24, 2010, by the coordinator of an e-mail news and information service, officials have been involved in security activities involving human-appearing extraterrestrial beings in the U.S. (This article originally appeared on the Joint Recon Study Group site.)

Victor Martinez, the e-mail information coordinator, is a former official with an interest in space, defence and current affairs. Recipients of his e-mail news items include a wide variety of people interested in emerging and leading-edge scientific and other developments.

In his April 24 information release, Martinez quoted one of his alleged established contacts, one of a handful of current or former officials regarding any new or updated information on extraterrestrial encounters that would be of interest to the public.

The official contact reportedly provided information about the monitoring and intervention by officials regarding a particular extraterrestrial being posing as a human within the U.S., Martinez wrote in his e-mail report.

The contact also noted the more general issue of extraterrestrials visiting Earth who may blend in with the human population, for various reasons.

According to Martinez, his contact ”that occurred in early 1980. It involved U.S. officials capturing an alien being living among us.”

Martinez went on to report that an apparently new source, established via his long-time contacts, provided additional details on this alleged operation.

“The original operation began in early 1980 when an Earth female was identified by U.S. intelligence as being a so-called ‘alien abductee.’ She had been abducted by a male non-human in 1977 which was her first abduction,” the source allegedly told Martinez.

“This woman was single, 23-years-old and a trusted, well-respected U.S. government employee.”

“The male non-human showed the Earth woman abductee projections of alien life on another planet. The projection was from a small, triangle device. The woman viewed this projection which she described as images displayed in a 3-dimensional ‘holographic’ view.”

The information source also claimed, “The male non-human never harmed the Earth woman abductee. During the three years of her ongoing abduction, the Earth woman was taken by the male non-human through a ‘veil of light’ to another place. The Earth woman described this place as being ‘a light bubble.’ She would sit inside the bubble and view these holographic projections with the male non-human.”

“On one occasion, the male non-human introduced the Earth woman to another male, whom the Earth woman described in debriefing details as not being human, i.e., not being an Earth male abductee. The Earth woman called this other being a “creature.’”

“This creature performed a medical examination on the Earth woman. The woman did not fully consent to the alien’s examination as she was temporarily paralyzed. After the examination, the woman was taken back to her residence.”

According to Martinez’ source or sources, this federal employee’s experience triggered an investigation. The source reportedly stated, “When the Earth woman brought up her abduction by a male alien to the attention of a co-worker, the co-worker contacted an office security official, who then contacted U.S. officials.”

“U.S. officials spent hours and hours vetting the woman’s story, conducting thorough background investigations, performing surveillance, and administering several polygraph examinations.”

“The Earth woman’s story was eventually deemed to be factually true and correct…”

The source(s) also claimed infilitration byt extraterrestrial creatures.

“This information originated from several abductees, who underwent extensive screening to determine their credibility.”

The source also stated, “The non-human entity was quickly identified, carefully watched, photographed and eventually captured near a shopping mall after it walked up an embankment. It was quickly determined that this male alien had no special powers nor abilities.”

“The male non-human voluntarily complied with special agents and went quietly and without incident. The male non-human was then remanded to custody and placed in captivity…”

Human-posing Extraterrestrial Interrogated

Martinez’ source(s) also allegedly reported, “The male non-human was interrogated by teams of special agents over several weeks and in total was questioned and intensely interrogated for many months by other agencies.”

“It was during this time that the male non-human disclosed its race, its resident planet and the reason it came to Earth. The male alien basically cooperated and provided details of its life on his alien home world.”

“The non-human entity was released on the direct Executive orders, and subsequently left Earth and returned to its home planet.”

“The male non-human originated from the star system Delta Pavonis, 20 light-years from Earth where it was the 4th planet from their sun. It is roughly the same size as our Earth.”

“We called the captured alien Septeloids. That was the identifying alien species name given to them by the astrobiologists on our team. I have no idea how they picked that name as well as some of the other odd-sounding alien species names ending with the suffix of ‘loid.’”

“The travel time to Earth was 18 Earth months using a very complex propulsion system and time-space displacement travel mode. Back then in 1980, we could not understand the alien propulsion system and we never saw his spacecraft.”

“These aliens from Delta Pavonis have been visiting Earth for 100 Earth years. Apparently, they could assume the human shape and form and easily live among us.”

“I’m not sure how they learned English so well nor other languages. You’ve got to remember that this was extreme compartmentalization. I knew just what I was suppose to know. There is much more to the alien debriefing that I do not know.”

“From what I’ve learned over the years, this race of alien beings originally came to Earth as explorers about a century ago.”

“With respect to the male non-human’s employment, he worked as a records keeper. He was able to manufacture his own identification documents by assuming the name/ID of a deceased Earth human.”

“He was in a career that did not require a high-level security clearance thereby enabling him to escape the much greater scrutiny given to ‘Secret’ clearance level background checks and above.”

Additional Investigative Outcomes

Martinez quotes his source as stating, “Although they possessed the human shape, form and basic anatomy, they were not human beings like you and me. Their actual, normal, ‘real’ appearance was that of a hideous-looking creature that would most certainly scare, frighten and terrify a normal Earth human.”

“Above all, they did not have any extra powers nor abilities. They had no weapons and never tried to harm Earth humans. Their sole intent and stated mission was that they just wanted to study Earth humans and obtain the basic structure of the human body, anatomy and social interplay.”

“I don’t know how many others of this specific type of aliens were among us as I was not authorized that specific highly classified information,” the source reportedly told Martinez.

In apparent response to a question Martinez posed, the source reportedly responded, “As for other visiting alien races, we knew of nine of them.”

“The Ebens were the nicest while the Trantaloids were the ugliest, meanest sons-a-bitches and most dangerous.”

One of Martinez sources also commented on other longstanding reports within the leading-edge community researching allegations of extraterrestrial visitation to Earth.

“The ‘Yellow Book’ is quite an extraordinary piece of alien technology. It was given to us by the Ebens. It tells the entire history of their race, planet and most of the history of the universe as well as our own. As far as I know, no one has ever viewed the ‘Yellow Book’ to its very end. As you stated in one of your releases, it would take an entire lifetime to read it and yet another to understand it.”

The Episode Finale of ‘The Event’ called ‘Arrival’ depicted the beginnings of an actual ‘Event’ that was to transform the Human-looking Extraterrstrials that had been infiltrating human institutions.

The leader of the depicted human-looking aliens had sought to plot genocide against humans in order to make way for the inhabitants of their home planet.  Their home planet was in a solar system with a sun that was in the process of destoying their solar system.

What is Planet X (PX)? What proof is there that PX exists? What effect is PX having on the Earth? What may happen in the near future?

I have been interested in paranormal phenomena, metaphysics, UFOs/aliens, the New World Order and related topics for many years. I discovered Planet X about ten years ago when I found Zechariah Sitchin’s book The 12th Planet on a library bookshelf amongst other books about the paranormal. I’m not a history buff, which is why I didn’t consider reading it before. I finally picked it up and read it from cover to cover.

Sitchin’s book piqued my interest in the subject. Subsequently, I read everything I could get my hands on about PX, including information on the Internet. I was recently interviewed on Internet talk radio about this topic and have another interview scheduled on Sept. 1st, on bbs.org, Odyssey, Mike Schultz, 8pm (PST).

The topic of PX is censored in the mainstream media. Back in December, 1983, the Washington Post ran an article about the sighting of PX by infrared satellite near the orbit of Neptune. Astronomers noticed the orbits of Neptune and Pluto were being disturbed by an anomalous object. It was a flash in the pan. There has been no other reports in the mainstream media about PX, other than an occasional debunking of its existence.

What is Planet X? It has been identified as a comet, a planet, and a starship. Immanuel Velikovsky wrote about cyclical catastrophic events which coincide with the approach of Planet X into our solar system every 3600 years, although he didn’t identify PX as the cause of the great upheavals in Earth in Upheaval, Worlds in Collision.

Velikovsky provides ample geological evidence for the sudden devastation of Earth, humans and animals, approximately 3600 years ago (1628 B.C). Other geologists have corroborated his findings since he wrote those books in the 1950’s.

According to my research, PX, the size of Jupiter, is presently in our solar system and is heading towards Earth. It is in a retrograde orbit. Its overwhelming magnetic properties and gravitational field has catastrophic effects on nearby celestial bodies. A source on the Internet states PX will be visible in the Southern Hemisphere in June, 2009. Now it can be seen by satellite or observatory telescopes. As it nears the Earth, its mass, magnetic and gravitational effects will be apparent in severe climate change, frequent and higher magnitude earthquakes and volcanic activity, and other geological disturbances.

The projected time of a PX close encounter is the end of 2011 – 2012. I am convinced that PX is a starship inhabited by a hostile race of ETs called the Nefilim; a race of giants that once inhabited Earth during the Sumerian civilization and for thousands of years prior to that era.

Since the embattled former head of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Dominique Strauss-Kahn, occupies the headlines with some consistency as of late, it seems as good a time as any to note the perfectly legal crimes the IMF perpetrates daily. Without at all trivializing the unspeakable crimes Strauss-Kahn stands accused of, market anarchists regard the official acts of the IMF itself with similar disgust.

Established by the world’s most powerful states as an agency of empire, the IMF is an inflationary machine designed to make cash all too accessible for the West’s corporate titans. The White Mountains of New Hampshire are the radix of the IMF, having hosted the Bretton Woods conference of nations in the wake of World War II. That summit, conceived to reconfigure the global financial system for the demands of the post-War framework, positioned the United States as a global hegemonic authority.

If America’s corporate neocolonialism was to function, then the “developed” world would need an effective way to funnel money to its new outposts, the countries that would host its subsidiaries and sweatshops. The loans, of course, were — and have ever since been — channeled to infrastructure projects that dilute currencies and cheat the taxpaying common man to benefit a handful of oligarchs.

Like the Federal Reserve System on the domestic level, the International Monetary Fund and its companion, the World Bank, are the ruling class’s counterfeiting mechanisms. As Murray Rothbard trenchantly observed of such counterfeit bank notes, they are not neutrally and uniformly conferred on society at large. Rather, Rothbard contended, “those who get the money early in this ripple process benefit at the expense of those who get it late or not at all.”

Tin pot dictatorships the world over have used the Bretton Woods institutions as an ATM to line the pockets of elites and lay the groundwork for the Western state capitalism. In return, all the American imperialists and their collaborators in Europe have asked is for a bit of prime real estate on which to site their military compounds, and submissive compliance whenever a new “free trade” agreement comes around.

The Third World’s isolated elites have happily and predictably obliged them. The standard apologetics for the specious, corporate variant of “free trade” argue that the professed goals of the IMF — something like aiding the development of global markets–are not in themselves the problem.

These arguments suggest that the developing world’s governments just need a more central role in decision-making, that Western multinational corporations are today too dominant in the process through which IMF and World Bank funds are dispersed. What these well-meaning critics fail to comprehend, however, is that the relationship between corporate and state power is not inverse, but symbiotic — they grow in tandem.

Vehicles of corporate welfare such as the IMF and the World Bank, among many, many others, are hallmarks of state domination of the economy. Today’s business giants depend completely on active fraud by governments against their own citizens. Their conceptions of “development” give short shrift to the living conditions of people in the “developing” countries.

The corrupt governments of the weak countries are no different from those of the Western powers, caring little for ideas of national self-direction as long as they’re cozy in the lap of luxury. Genuine free markets — real free trade between individual producers — function opposite the state capitalist system represented by the Bretton Woods system and its corporate welfarism.

True deregulation and freedom empowers those in the economy who actually carry the weight. For these people, bank credit and favors are not so easy to come by. When you consider Strauss-Kahn’s flashy, sleazy lifestyle, consider also the unsavory policies of these hallowed institutions that have become symbols of global faux “free enterprise.”

Consider that they don’t at all represent free markets, but instead a corrupt game of upward redistribution. And, upon consideration, perhaps you will conclude that the entirety of the IMF belongs behind bars.

UFOINFO.com — Unspecified date in 1981 on late evening in the town of Caleta Olivia, Santa Cruz province, Argentina, the main witness, Luis, accompanied by two unidentified friends watched a dark mass emerge from the sea and approach the beach area.

The craft was dark and circular and landed in front of the witnesses, a ramp became visible and the men were invited inside by a voice. Once inside they found themselves in a brightly lit circular room, they could not see the source of the lighting. Several tall humanoids, about 2 metres in height, blond haired, light eyes and wearing tight-fitting white coveralls greeted the men. There were both men and women among the aliens.

Some of the humanoids were seated in front of consoles and watching large screens on the walls.

On some of the screens the men could see stars and suddenly on one of the screens they could see how the object moved away from the planet Earth. The craft circled the moon and they were able to see its dark side. The craft circled the moon and they were able to see its dark side. The humanoids communicated via telepathy and told the main witness that they were now headed towards the sun. The witnesses claim that once up close to the sun it appears black in colour. While they were returning to Earth, Luis was able to walk around freely and at one point approached one of the consoles and as his hand reached out to the controls the images on the screen appear to gyrate about 90 degrees, it appears that he had caused the object to turn without actually touching the console. He was then immediately told to sit back down. They returned to Earth and entered the sea in the area of the Caribbean.

The witness then claims to have seen incredible endless tunnels and within the tunnels huge dome covered cities completely illuminated. Before being returned to the beach at Caleta Olivia, the witnesses claim they were implanted in their brains with what appeared to be some type of tracking device, which is used to communicate with the aliens. The implant is supposedly located behind the right ear. The investigators reported seeing a small scar at the location.

UFOINFO.com — On July 15 2010 a former police officer only identified as “Nick R” reported that while driving along the A10 going home one evening after work a light which was not the moon, orange and oval in shape.

He then drove into his parking space in Puckeridge (near Hertford England) and went into his flat (apartment) after about 10 minutes he went outside for a cigarette. His apartment was on Cambridge Court
which backed on to fields. He saw in the twilight what he thought were kids messing about. He then saw the orange oval shaped light over the field and quickly realized that the short figures were not “children”.

Suddenly the three child-like figures and the light disappeared without a trace.

The witness lived near Stansted Airport.

An Ohio witness came forward April 19, 2011, with a 7-year-old triangle UFO sighting where the story’s ending is fogged with dreams of tall alien beings with “dark coloured, lizard-like skin” and a hospital stay involving a swollen brain, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

The witness had just put a child to bed and was watching television in 2004 when a light was noticed shining down onto a backyard tree. The witness stepped outside to have a look and found something that was apparently life changing.

“What I saw was a triangle-shaped UFO with one light at each point, one larger light in the middle – orange in color,” the witness stated. “The crazy thing is there was no sound coming from the UFO at all. It was just hovering over the top of the tree.”

Then the story shifts inside to the witness sitting on the couch.

“Later I awoke sitting on my couch holding a burnt out cigarette, staring at the back door.”

But the events of this night were not over. The witness began having dreams of alien creatures a few days later.

“The aliens that I saw did not look like the aliens that are in the movies. These aliens are tall, with dark colored, lizard-like skin, long slender hands and fingers.” The aliens made noises that the witness thought was their way of talking.

Then the witness began having head and back pain and sought help at a hospital.

“The doctors didn’t know what was wrong with me, but they said my brain was swollen. I stayed there for a week. Doctors released me when I was better, but with no answers as to what had caused me to fall ill. I link it to what I saw and possible alien abduction.”

No town name was mentioned in the public portion of the MUFON report. No images or video were included. The above witness quotes were edited for clairty.

Ohio is a current UFO ALERT 5 rating, with a low number of UFO sightings nationally. Ohio had 12 UFO reports in March 2011 – while California had 45 sightings, the highest reporting state in the nation. Ohio is also on our Watch List.

Hamilton, Ontario: Alleged UFO sightings and alien interest in both earthquakes and nuclear plants have been questioned for years. The ‘X’ Zone Radio & TV Show has reported extensively on the supposed intense UFO activity in Japan before, during and after both the earthquake and the tsunami. So it comes as no surprise to the die-hard believers that a number of UFO sightings as well as film evidence of what believers believe to be alien activity around the damaged Fukushima Nuclear Plant have come to light.

The footage which can be at viewed www.xzonenews.com/japanufo.htm is highly questionable to those with two feet on the ground. The video footage which was allegedly taken by a Japanese TV Crew comes from a news report by German media group NDR.

At 55 seconds into the video clip, what some believe to be a giant UFO can be seen entering the frame and hovering above the nuclear plant. UFO “investigators” and “researchers” are touting this as a slip up on behalf of NDR and the Asian news outlet the group received the footage from.

Conspiracy theorists claim top secret government departments worldwide collude to censor out any clear and obvious proof of the alien activity that is occurring at all times on planet earth. NBC-TV’s science fiction TV show ‘The Event’ most recently aired on Monday, April 18, 2011. Its storyline features Human-looking Manipulative Extraterrestrials who have the capacity to both mix with the general human population and to also infiltrate human political institutions.

In the most rececent episode of this show, Sophia, the leader of the Human-looking Manipulative Extraterrestrials proclaimed her pursuit of a “New World Order” on Earth.

In efforts to expedite the saving of their dying planet in deep space, Manipulative Extraterrestrials in The Event are depicted to have made arrangements with elites. The elites in The Event are made promises of power for their loyalty, which the Manipulative Extraterrestrials led by the character “Sophia” have no plans to honour.

NBC-TV’s show seems to have been constructed to echo the claims of so-called “conspiracy theorists” like David Icke, Dr. Michael Salla, and Nigel Kerner. Dr. Salla reported in Examiner.com that in his view ‘The Event’ is “Hiding the truth in plain sight”.

Many reports have recently appeared about pharmaceutical contamination of water supplies, rivers, lakes and other waterways, but spokespersons from the drug and chemical industries have denied that this pollution poses any risk whatsoever to the environment. But this report, issued directly from PCP, provides a stunning indictment of the dangers associated with pharmaceutical pollution.

The executive summary of the PCP report includes the following statements:

“[P]harmaceuticals have become a considerable source of environmental contamination. Drugs of all types enter the water supply when they are excreted or improperly disposed of; the health impact of long-term exposure to varying mixtures of these compounds is unknown.”

It’s important to note that PCP is required by law to assess the National Cancer Program and offer a truthful evaluation of the various things it finds to be responsible for causing cancer.

The panel is a division of the National Cancer Institute itself, so its findings hold fairly considerable weight in the scientific world (or they should, if the reaction wasn’t so politicized).

The report itself is quite extensive, evaluating everything from the environmental and health impacts of drug and pesticide pollution to cell phone radiation and nuclear testing residue. 

But, the section on pharmaceutical drugs is especially interesting when considering the fact that numerous reports have shown that drugs and drug residue that ends up in water supplies typically isn’t filtered out by municipal treatment plants.
